Laguna

With only about an hour drive away from Manila, Laguna is definitely one of the best places to retire in. A province ideally located near other regions and the city. To most people, Laguna is famous for its hot spring resorts known as pansol. However, today, Laguna is developing into a city-like province with establishments like shopping malls, grocery stores, condo units, offices, and a lot more are starting to dominate the town.

Tagaytay

Although Baguio has experienced a series of commercialization and overpopulation issues over the past years, that doesn’t mean it has completely lost its charm.

In Baguio, there’s fresher air available for you 24/7, which is perfect for retirees who look for a seemingly good location with good weather and fresh air! Though quite far from Manila, Baguio has almost everything you’ll be needing that you don’t need to travel all the way to the metro just to get a few supplies, grocery items, and the like. Metro Manila

Seems like a shocker? Well, believe it or not, Metro Manila is also one of the best places to retire in, considering its location and recent developments. The metro is home to exciting and fun lifestyle activities, world-class hospitals, markets, and so much more. You don’t need to go far enough! Everything is within your reach. Metro Manila houses high-rise and fully-developed condominium units for single or couple retirees who wish to still stay near the city where their families are.
